Marcoola Beach
Can't get enough of the beaches! Here are some of today's highlights. Our friends, the Bollman's showed up mid day so there was kite flying and fishing too!
Noah Gets a Lamp
Becoming a big boy means getting a lamp for your room. Noah was so excited he didn't want to turn it off, so we obliged. An hour later, we found him fast asleep...with his sunnies on!
Toilet Training begins...
The end of diapers is near. I can smell it. Maddie explains the process and Fiona thinks it's a gas! (No pun intended. Ok, maybe it was intentional.)
Nana Comes to Town
We had our first visitor when Nana Pat came at the beginning of April. We were able to do and see a lot and we were grateful for her company over the school holiday!
Easter comments
Easter was a bit different this year. The ladies at the childwatch at the pool made bunny ears and painted the kids faces. You see I got a snapshot of Noah and his friend, Cedric, just in time. As I put my camera away, Noah bolted. Zip went my bag and as i turned around to track him, I was able to catch a glimpse of a naked boy, face painted like a bunny, launching into the water aerobics class of 25 older women. Grinning ear to ear, the moment was pure bliss for him.
We were able to color eggs in the backyard, which made for easy cleanup, but I wasn't able to locate white eggs. So, brown would have to do, and as you can see, they worked wonderfully!
