A Visit to Manitowoc

Maddie and Mom took a roadtrip to visit grandma Shirly and Grandpa Herby in Manitowoc. We visited Grandpa's garden, and Lambeau field. In her down time, Maddie enjoyed reading The Ladies Home Journal.

Enjoying the Fall

We have really enjoyed these last few weeks with trips to the farmer's market, apple orchard and pumpkin patch, as well as just spending time outdoors. Maddie continues to blossom each day and we soak it all up and look forward to the next with pride and wonder.

I'm 4 Months Old

Madeleine will be 4 month old this Sunday and we celebrated by letting her bouncing in her new chair, going for a walk with Porter, and best of all finishing the day with her first meal of rice cereal.

When Porter Met Madeleine

Now with Madeleine home safe and sound Porter has switched to Guard Dog Mode. He stands watch until it is safe for Madeleine to get up in the morning.

Welcome Madeleine Louise

Jesse and I would like to announce the arrival of Madeleine Louise Gerhardt. She was born May 9, 2007 at 11:20 p.m. and weighed in at 9 pounds 1 ounce. She is happy and healthy and Jesse and I feel blessed she is now part of our family.
